Set once — every quote uses these. Extra rates (loading bay, birdcage, chimney, towers, bridges, transport, design) live in the CONFIG block for your installer to set.
Height is set by lifts (1 lift ≈ 2 m). Face area = length × (lifts × 2).
The first 6 weeks are included in the erect & dismantle price. Extra weeks are charged as weekly hire on the total scaffold area.
Statutory council permits are passed through at cost; may be outside the scope of VAT.
